TRAUMA-FOCUSED CARE, TAILORED TO YOU

We treat the person, not the diagnosis. Each plan we design integrates EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Deep Brain Reorienting, and other modalities – always at the pace your nervous system can safety absorb.

SAFETY, AGENCY, CONNECTION

Whether you need a single diagnostic consultation or ongoing therapy, our first pursuit is emotional safety. From there we build agency, strengthen attachment, and nurture authentic connection, inside and out.

Aimee McCann, MSW, LISW-S

Founder & Clinical DirectorOhio License # I.0005875

Aimee is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation in Ohio and earned her Master of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University. For more than three decades, Aimee has joined with individuals and families navigating the most complex forms of trauma. Her career spans child protection, medical social work, and inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, giving her a rare 360 degree view of how trauma echoes through every stage of life.

Clients describe her presence as authentic, kind, and being truthful, qualities she weaves into specialized care for adults living with dissociation, attachment injuries, or repeated treatment dead ends. Away from the therapy room, Aimee mentors the helpers themselves, providing supervision, consultation, and training to child protection teams, hospitals, and fellow private-practice clinicians.
